Production Release 2.123
Incident Report for Cloud Elements Changelog

Highlights - Production 2.123

Improved handling of server error responses from Pardot

  • As we occasionally receive 500, with no HTTP response, errors from Pardot requests, we have made two improvements:

    1. We will retry the request to Pardot three times if we receive this response.

    2. After the third try, if the response is the same, we will now return a 502 status code rather than 500, indicating that we are unable to reach the endpoint properly.

Updated the names for C4C and Act Premium elements

  • SAP C4C CRM and SAP C4C HelpDesk both shall hence forth be known as SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.

  • Act Premium element's name is now updated to Act! Premium with the requisite ! now included.

Added the poll date to the event payload for polled events

  • For convenience, we've added the poll date via the pollDate attribute to the event payload for polled events. This is in addition to the updated date of the object that is already included.

  • Note: the pollDate attribute is not available for web hook based events.

Added metafields APIs for additional objects in the Shopify element

  • APIs GET, POST, PATCH and DELETE for /{objectName}/{id}/metafields and GET /{objectName}/{id}/metafields-count are now available for the custom-collections, customers, orders, products, shops and smart-collections resources.

Fixed Hubspot element extending for GET calls

  • We fixed an issue with extending the Hubspot element, so now query parameters work properly on GET calls.

New slaPolicies object in the Zendesk element

  • We've added slaPolicies object support. Check out the Zendesk API documentation for more details.

Updated Elements-Async-Callback-Url field to accept longer URLs

  • The bulk callback notification field has been expanded to accept a URL string up to 1,000 characters in length.
